What you need to know & do!

It is recommended not to make social plans for the same day of the procedure

* Don't take aspirin for a week

* Do not take vitamin E for a week

* Do not drink alcoholic beverages for 72 hours.
* Do not eat sea food 3 days before the procedure

* Avoid caffeine, chocolate, dietary supplements, cold medications, and stimulants for 3 days before the procedure.
* 2 weeks before you start taking L-Lysine 1000 mg pills you can get them without a prescription.

* If you have a history of herpes outbreaks (that is, they come out very often, it is mandatory to request a prescription from your doctor and start taking the antibiotic prescribed by your doctor.)

*Normally your doctor will prescribe Zovirax or Valtrex, they are the best products for outbreaks.

* Please take your medications as prescribed by your doctor (we recommend 5 days before your appointment and 5 days after.)

* Exfoliate your lips every third day for a week with the product of your choice as an exfoliator, you can also exfoliate with petroleum jelly and sugar.
