Typically, patients will report a tickling sensation with little or no discomfort during or after a procedure has been performed.

Gradual fading can be expected for all micro-pigmentation procedures. This varies among people and is dependent on the specific shade used. Most colors last one to three years, periodic touchups are recommended to maintain the desired look. You can also choose to change colors of your permanent makeup. For instance, a nude lip color can be modified to a peachy pink or a brown eyeliner to a black or navy hue.

  • Can I have botox after my procedure?

We recommend to wait a few days to let the eyebrows heal completely before Botox is injected. A brow lift should not significantly alter the shape of a permanent eyebrow.

  • Is permanent makeup actual permanent?

The permanent makeup implantation technique deposits color pigment into the upper reticular layer of the skin and is considered permanent because it cannot be washed off. Unlike traditional tattoos performed on the body, permanent makeup professionals do not use traditional tattoo ink (dye). During the first round of permanent makeup ink, the treated area(s) will become saturated with deep color causing these areas to swell and the tissue to reject further pigment. Over time, those areas will start to show less color, and a second or third appointment will be needed to fill them in. It is best to wait 4 to 6 weeks for complete tissue healing and color stabilization to make this first touch up appointment. Once the desired results are achieved, the client can keep the color looking fresh with a touch up visit every 6 months to a year.

  • Are the pigments used safe?

  • Can permanent eyebrows be fixed?

Fortunately, permanent eyebrows can be corrected. One of the most popular methods of removing permanent eyebrows is salt removal. Salt removal is less abrasive than other methods of permanent eyebrow removal, it is less painful and is also more likely to keep skin intact. Using salt to remove your permanent eyebrows will take a few sessions to reach your desired result.

  • What should I expect after permanent makeup?

After your procedure, you may experience swelling (more likely for eyeliner and lips); brows will have minimal swelling. Some clients swell more than others depending on how each individual's skin responds to the procedure (everyone’s skin is different and responds accordingly). This may mean the area may feel itchy. Scabbing will form in the eyebrow, do not pick or remove scab let it fall on its own. Eyebrows will appear darker for the first week until the final healed result is complete.

DO NOT REMOVE SCAB, LET IF FALL ON ITS OWN:

The entire scabbing process should only last about 5-7 days. It usually doesn't start until around day 5 and continues till around day 12. If you had shading done to your brows in addition to Microblading then the scabbing process might start earlier and last a little bit later. Under no circumstances should you be picking or pulling at your scabs. If you pick off your scabs then you may pull out the pigment along with the scab and then you will run the risk of losing all of the hard work you went through with your first visit. You MUST let your scabs fall off naturally.

IMPORTANCE OF PERMANENT MAKE UP TOUCH UPS:

The healing of the skin after 4-6 weeks of the initial blade means that another layer of the skin will be grown over the eyebrow embroidery pigment. This over-the-layer growth of the skin will make the color pigment appear lighter by 30 to 70%.

In some cases, the body thoroughly assimilates the ink, and the semi-permanent tattoo simply vanishes. Sometimes, due to an assortment of factors, including body chemistry, treatment, or sun exposure, the pigment may even change color. The touch up comes as an opportunity for the permanent make up professionals to settle any of the undesired development that may have happened. Also, you can even rectify the ink color through it. Touch up ensures the right color, shade, and shape stays for long and provides you with eyebrows that demand comparatively less aftercare needs.

  • What is Plasma Fibroblast Treatment?

Plasma Fibroblast is a non-surgical revolutionary skin tightening cosmetic treatment for a perfect facial rejuvenation, using Plasma (the 4th state of matter) that helps shrink, tighten and reduce the volume of excess skin. This innovative treatment will give results which you would normally expect after surgery.

  • How does fibroblast work?

Treatment is delivered using an electronic hand-piece, the plasma pen. This precision device is fitted with an applicator tip which enables the transfer of energy to the skin by utilizing the voltage in the air between the device tip and skin to generate a plasma charge. The transfer of energy to the skin takes place only when the applicator tip has a distance of approximately 0.5 mm to the skin, which means it does not come into direct contact with the skin. The visible result of the treatment is a thermal skin reaction, the so-called plasma points. Each plasma spot creates an effect that contracts the skin. The tissue retraction give results that are comparable to invasive surgery.

  • What areas can be treated with fibroblast?

Eyelid Tightening, including lower eyelids and excess upper eyelid skin -Face-lift and Neck-lift – Unwanted wrinkles on face – frown lines, crow’s feet, smoker’s lines, Lines and Wrinkles around the mouth, neck lines etc. – Skin pigmentation, age spots on face or hands, sun spots, freckles– Scarring including stretch marks, Improvement in the appearance of acne scars and post-surgical scars-Skin imperfections, including skin tags and moles-Tightening loose skin on the stomach after pregnancy

In most cases only one treatment is required. However, depending on the area of the face or body being treated and individual conditions and expectations one or two post-treatments may be necessary. Additional treatments can be safely done at 6 to 8 week intervals after initial procedure.

  • Is fibroblast painful?

You can experience some mild discomfort, which really depends on your pain threshold. For a comfortable experience we recommend attending your appointment on time to allow the topical anesthetic application to have the required time to absorb and take effect in the areas you would like to have treated. The topical anesthetic is applied for 30 mins for the best effect.

  • Is there down time with fibroblast treatment?

Downtime depends on your working situation and lifestyle. You can resume your normal work immediately but this does not mean there is no downtime. The tiny plasma flash causes ‘crusts’ to form on the skin giving the distinctive dotting effect. You can also experience significant swelling in the area treated, particularly in the eye area. The swelling will diminish over a 2-5 day period and the crust (brown dots) that occur are gone on average between 5-7 days. They may also be covered over with a specially formulated mineral make-up to reduce their visibility. These are cosmetic issues only, technically there is no real downtime if these visual effects are of no concern to you.

  • How long does fibroblast last?

Plasma Skin Tightening is more than a simple tightening treatment, skin is actually removed, so the effects should last as long as they would with invasive surgery. Like any surgical or cosmetic procedures, the effects of Plasma treatment are not entirely permanent and won’t stop the ageing process. However, the results you get should last you for many years. Depending on the individual skin type and life-style, the result can last for up to two-five years or more. Negative lifestyle choices such as too much sun, smoking, excess alcohol consumption are discouraged in order to maintain lasting results.

  • Is there aftercare with fibroblast treatment?

YES, During your first appointment you will be given aftercare instructions. Following these instructions is critical for best results. Complications or negative effects will not be caused by the device (and highly unlikely by the technician either) but more likely as a result of failure in complying with aftercare instruction. Aftercare with unsuitable products are often the chief culprits where a negative aspect of any kind occurs. You will be provided with a detailed aftercare plan at your first appointment.
